Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

You may be required to return the defective digital product or provide proof that it has been deleted or destroyed.

Refunds will not be issued for digital products that have been altered, modified, or used in a way that is not intended.

Refunds will not be issued for digital products that are free or promotional unless stated otherwise.
